The agreement between you and Stratl when using our platform.

By accessing or using Stratl's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Stratl provides an AI-powered AWS monitoring and alerting platform that enables users to define monitoring rules in natural language, receive enriched alerts, manage compliance, and automate incident response.
Our services include, but are not limited to, alert rule creation and deployment, AI-powered event analysis, compliance monitoring, cost anomaly detection, notification delivery, and team collaboration features.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Stratl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our platform to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or transmit malicious code.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to data protection and cloud security.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of our AI models, algorithms, or proprietary technology.
Stratl offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Stratl retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our platform, services, technology, and brand. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
You retain all rights to your data, including AWS infrastructure data, alert configurations, and custom rules. You grant Stratl a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Stratl commits to a 99.9% uptime SLA for Pro and Enterprise plans. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA documentation.
Scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, and issues caused by your own infrastructure are excluded from SLA calculations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Stratl in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these terms at any time. You may terminate by closing your account. Stratl may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue our services.
Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
